A great Besan Laddoo requires patience. We roast coarsely stone-ground besan on a gentle flame for up to three hours until it turns a deep royal gold and releases a heavenly aroma across our kitchen.

Our kitchen employs skilled local women home-cooks and culinary artisans in Pune who have inherited these traditional rolling techniques through generations.
